Discription:He has dark blue hair thats all over the place, but it still looks pretty desent. He eyes are a light greeny-blue. His skin is very smooth and slightly tanned, some how since he never really goes out side in the summer. His clothes consist of a white tank top that he wears all the time (Has about five.) and a black leather jacket. His pans are a plain black and easy to run in. He is a medium build. Also he wears a necklace of a small ice-like diamond.

Personality:Ryuu is very laid-back for a detective with a kind of happy go lucky thought of life. He never really acts serious outside of the Outer World, he is usually joking around with his team-mates and making silly obviois comments about things. he loves sweet things and his coffe is always WAY to strong for everyone else (6 scoops) to drink. he hates parrots and dancing. he has a portal to the Outer World on his laptop.

History:Ryuu lived with his older sister and his brother in new york a few days before he left for 'N' City his sister was killed and his brother went missing, his sisters corpse was far from intact... He went on to moving to 'N' City since a few murders there where very simaler in that city. When he arrived he signed up for the head of a team for detectives only. And since that day on he has been searching for his brother. He then found out that the 'wire wizard' looked like his brother.
